CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

It depends on the nature of the product you will buy, if the product you bought is a “Made To Order” or “Pre Order” product such: The Hum, Doom Messiah, Impaler V2 you will not be able to cancel the order, since the production process (components and enclosures restock, PCB assembly etc) will start immediately once we receive the order confirmation.

If the product is “Ready To Ship” such: RASP, EQUALS and all the upcoming eurorack and portable devices, you have 24 hours from the order to cancel it by simply sending an email at contact@colossusaudio.com specifying the name, and the order number and the reason of the cancellation. After the 24 hours period of time we will refuse any request of refund.

If the product arrived damaged and you did not accidentally damaged it, you must contact us at contact@colossusaudio.com showing us the issue, we will provide either a refund or a replacement after upon inspection of the device.

HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A “MADE TO ORDER” PRODUCT?

It really depends on the product you buy most of our pedals have a production time of 10/12 weeks (except for the RASP and all the upcoming Eurorack modules and portable devices that are all ready to ship and they ship usually within 24 hours from the order) we have this long production time due to the semiconductors shortage that afflicted the worldwide production in the last two years, that now is getting better, but still to avoid false promises and make the customer upset we anticipated longer period of production.

WHAT KIND OF POWER SUPPLY SHOULD I USE?

DC 9/12V Negative Center 2,1mm will work just fine for the pedals here’s a list of reccomended power supplies:
Palmer PWT 12 MK 2 - Btuty CC Isolate - D’addario 9 V F

for our Eurorack modules make sure to have the ribbon cable orientation right (Red Side)and to have a case operating at:

+12 V (mA) 30
-12 V (mA) 30
